Shipping policy

Shipping Policy for Honey-Do Box Sets & U-Do Kits

Honey-Do Box Sets will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground (Depending on where you are located). They will be shipped to the address provided. If you use a PayPal account to purchase the box, we will have to ship to the address that is given on the PayPal account. So make sure the address on your PayPal account is the correct shipping address. We do not take responsibility of your box being shipped to the wrong address. If you are not sure which shipping address is on your PayPal account, please feel free to contact us to verify the address is the correct address before we ship your item. 


Shipping Policy for Fully Assembled

Fully Assembled Corral Sets (of any size, not including the miniature corral set) will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. They will be shipped without the legs attached. During past shipments, there has been damage due to the legs being exposed. Therefore, you will need to attach them upon unpacking and before use. We highly recommend that you glue the legs, but you do not have to. On rare occasions (for large orders), the fully assembled corral set will be shipped via freight. If you are using PayPal to purchase your corral set, be sure to review our Security Policy before placing your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you are purchasing from Canada, you will have to pay your country's VAT, and any import duty & taxes before delivery. For any free shipping deals to Canada, we pay for your shipping, but again, you will be responsible for any duty and tax fees upon delivery. Damaged Boxes or Missing Items

If the box your order arrived in is damaged, and you think you may have missing or damaged items, then we will replace those damaged/missing items at no cost to you. Please take pictures of your damaged box as it arrived, and after you open it, please take more pictures of any parts that are damaged/missing, so we can ensure that the replacement parts we send you are correct. You will be required to open the box and count all the parts that did arrive to see how many pieces may be missing or damaged, so we know what parts we need to send you. Again, please take pictures of the damaged/missing parts and email them to us. Every corral order comes with assembly instructions that also tell you how many pieces of each assembly part you should have received. If you can't find this list, or if you believe it was also lost during shipment, please email us, and we will gladly send you a digital copy. We do not recommend returning an already damaged box, simply because it is damaged. If you do not contact us in regards to a damaged box/missing items, and just return it, then the customer will be responsible for any missing parts from that returned box, as well as the return shipping and a restocking fee.
