Refund policy

Refund Policy

Returns must be in new and unused condition. We do not accept returns for products that have already been glued together and used. Therefore, we will not refund your purchase if you have already received the product and glued it together. We will not refund your purchase based on broken or missing parts that occurred during shipment.  If your product was broken during shipment or is missing parts, we will replace those parts at no cost to you. If a corral panel was broken after you have glued it together and have used it, and you have purchased that corral within the past 3 months, we will replace that part for you at no cost other than shipping. If you cancel your order before it ships, you will get a complete refund. However, if you paid via PayPal, we will have to deduct the fee charged from your refund amount, regardless if the order has shipped or not. If you cancel your order once it has already shipped, you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. If you no longer wish to keep your product after you receive it and would like a refund, please see our "Return Policy" for more details. 



Returns for DIY Honey-Do Box Set Corrals

The item may be returned up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Returns must be in new and unused condition. You can not return your item if it has already been assembled and glued together. Buyer will receive all money back except shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. You can return the box on your own with the carrier of your choice. We will not schedule pick-ups for you. You must do that yourself or find a drop-off location. All parts received in the kit must be returned in their original new condition. You can not return your item if it has already been assembled and glued together. There should be nothing missing from the kit. We will return your purchase price minus the cost of shipping it to you. There will be a 15% restocking fee. You will only receive your refund once the item has been returned to us, and we have counted all the parts in the box to ensure nothing is missing. If your set is already assembled and glued, we will not accept it as a return. If your returned items are damaged, you will only receive a refund for the undamaged items. If the damage occurred during shipment, we can help you file a claim to receive a refund from the shipping carrier. We can, however, help you find someone to buy the corral from you. Full refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped yet.

​We are not responsible for scuffs, scratches or any “cosmetic” appearance problems that may have occurred during shipment. However, if there has been actual physical damage to your item’s functionality that keeps you from using it properly (i.e., broken and/or missing pipes or pipe fittings that occurred because the box itself was broken or damaged during shipment), we can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and your corral can be replaced. If your box has been damaged and/or any parts are broken or missing, please take pictures of your damaged box and send them to us right away. If you are missing pieces from your box that have not been broken or damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will mail them to you. 

Returned items based solely on box damage will not receive a full refund. We will replace any missing pieces that may have been lost during shipment due to box damage at no cost to you. If you still choose to return the item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 


Returns for Fully Assembled Corral Sets

The item may be returned up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Buyer will receive all money back except shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. Please return the box on your own with the carrier of your choice. We will not schedule pick ups for you. You must do that yourself or find a drop-off location. The panels, parts, and accessories must be returned in original, new, unglued condition. There should be nothing missing from the set of panels. (i.e., if you received 8 panels from us, we should get 8 panels back. Plus, all loose parts and accessories). We will return your purchase price minus the cost of shipping it to you. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Full refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped yet.  If your returned items are damaged, you will only receive a refund for the undamaged items. If the damage occurred during shipment, we can help you file a claim to receive a refund from the shipping carrier. 

If you glued your panels together, you cannot return them and ship them to us. If you are a local customer, you can drop them off, OR we can help you find someone nearby to buy the Corral from you. Contact us if you need help finding someone to buy your corral from you.

Please return the box on your own with the carrier of your choice. We will not schedule pick ups for you. You must do that yourself or find a drop-off location.All parts received in corral set must be returned in original new condition. There should be nothing missing from the set of panels. (i.e if you received 8 panels from us we should get 8 panels back.) We will return your purchase price minus our cost of shipping it to you. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Full refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped yet.  If your returned items are damaged, you will only receive a refund for the undamaged items. If the damage occurred during shipment, we can help you file a claim to receive a refund from the shipping carrier. 

If you glued your panels together, then you cannot return them to us. If you are a local customer you can drop them off OR we can help you find someone to buy the Corral from you that is nearby. Contact us if you need help finding someone to buy your corral from you.

Damaged Boxes or Missing Items

If the box your order arrived in is damaged, and you think you may have missing or damaged items, then we will replace those damaged/missing items at no cost to you. Please take pictures of your damaged box as it arrived, and after you open it, please take more pictures of any parts that are damaged/missing, so we can ensure that the replacement parts we send you are correct. You will be required to open the box and count all the parts that did arrive to see how many pieces may be missing or damaged, so we know what parts we need to send you. Again, please take pictures of the damaged/missing parts and email them to us. Every corral order comes with assembly instructions that also tell you how many pieces of each assembly part you should have received. If you can't find this list, or if you believe it was also lost during shipment, please email us, and we will gladly send you a digital copy. We do not recommend returning an already damaged box, simply because it is damaged. If you do not contact us in regards to a damaged box/missing items, and just return it, then the customer will be responsible for any missing parts from that returned box, as well as the return shipping and a restocking fee.
