Every now and then, we receive a message that reminds us exactly why we do what we do here at Camp Corrals.
Recently, a customer shared a story with us that we just had to pass along. She had been eyeing our panels for a long time, and last year, she used a special inheritance from her beloved grandmother to finally bring home one of our DIY Kits. She calls it "meant to be," and after hearing how her young Gypsy Vanner reacted, we have to agree.
She described her horse as a "bargey little shite" (her words, not ours! 😂) who used to get incredibly stressed at competitions. But once he was inside his new corral, something changed:
"Since he doesn't need to be tied to the trailer, he enjoys looking
around camp from all sides and he's MUCH calmer. He completely relaxes
in them and even lays down at night to sleep. He respects the heavy duty
PVC with the electric. The solar charger works a treat!"
There is something so special about knowing a horse feels safe enough to lie down and sleep in a strange place. Whether you are at a high-stakes competition or a quiet trailhead, that peace of mind is what we strive for.
She’s now in her second year with her kit and is already planning to add more panels so she can bring even more ponies along on her 2026 adventures.
